One of our own was a hit at a recent charity dinner in New York….Sallie Giordano’s table, titled Birds of Paradise, for the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House High Society benefit featured a stunning live-flower peacock perched amongst twisted branches, designed by Sallie and executed by the uber-talented Michael Walter of Lexington Gardens. She expanded on the ethereal theme with a shimmery tablecloth and dewdrop napkins custom-made from China Seas fabrics and fabulous tulip-sprayed plates from Asprey & Co. Amethyst-crystal column candlesticks and orchid-filled crystal boxes completed the regal display.
